There is a new trim out there for you Jeep lovers and its called Altitude! This blacked out look is available for the Wrangler, Compass, Grand Cherokee and Patriot. The Wrangler Unlimited Altitude gets everything the Unlimited Sahara get including the body color hard top. But, inside is where it really counts, this Wrangler gets black leather with contrasting red stitching and black trim on the dashboard along with black berber floor mats. Pricing for the Wrangler starts around $33,740,  the Grand Cherokee is around $35,595 and the Patriot ad Compass are just shy of that.

Back in January we were introduced to this nameless blacked out version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee and now we're pleased to say it has a name, the Jeep Altitude. Its new name comes from the "Name My Ride" contest and as a result we no longer have to call it the "production-intent concept."

The Altitude special editions stands out with its blacked-out approach. It has a black grille, black headlight trim, a black liftgate light bar, blacked out 20 inch alloy wheels, and a sleek black interior. This Grand Cherokee also wears platinum chrome accents and a mesh grille. The Altitude edition of the Compass has a grill, headlamp bezels, roof rails, a step pad and 18 inch wheels and a blank interior. Finally, the Patriot Altitude get black 17 inch alloy wheels and inside its cabin it has polished steel accents. If these new looks are too dark for your taste then other colors and bodywork options are available but either way, they all look good!

In a few weeks Jeep will show up at the Geneva Motor with some stylish new concept cars! Their first new concept car is a Grand Cherokee, this Jeep will have a 3.0-liter common-rail diesel V6 with Multijet II technology. The second is the Jeep Compass, this new Compass will have a sleek grille, roof rails and 18-inch blacked out wheels. The final concept is the European launch on the Wrangler Mountain Edition. This Jeep is similar to ones already being sold here in the U.S. and like it, it will have a black hood and dark grey wheels. We can't wait to see some more photos of these new Jeeps so keep and eye out!
